The seventeenth time, more than 120 pan flute lovers from around the world enjoyed the legendary DAJOERI pan flute festival. The six intense days were all over much quicker than expected. Topic-specific training in small classes, social get-together, spontaneous performances in the evening, three official concerts and the ubiquitous "high spirits " left behind unique and unforgettable impressions on all patrons.

One of the seminar highlights was the first appearnce of Radu Nechifor. The student of Gheorghe Zamfir is without doubt a world-class talent in pan flute performance. His musical presence and artistic charisma meant for all a pleasant surprise. Radu is a welcome addition for this year's Panflute Festival.
